About Me
I’m Dr. Caroline Madden, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Behavioral Interventionist, and proud #AutismMom, dedicated to helping families navigate the complexities of raising neurodiverse children.
I hold a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University, a Master of Arts in Psychology from Phillips Graduate Institute, and a Ph.D. in Holistic Life Coaching..
With over 20 years of professional experience, I have worked as a Therapeutic Behavioral Services Manager, Juvenile Hall Clinician, and Children’s Mental Health Outpatient Coordinator, providing behavioral interventions, crisis support, and individualized parent training.
My expertise spans behavior modification, emotional regulation, and community integration, helping families create structured, supportive environments that foster both independence and connection.
As a parent of a child with autism, I understand firsthand the challenges of balancing therapies, advocating for services, and managing the emotional weight of caregiving.
I combine scientifically backed strategies with real-world experience, ensuring that families receive practical, compassionate guidance tailored to their child’s unique needs.
My mission is to empower parents and caregivers with the knowledge, strategies, and support they need to help their neurodiverse children thrive at home, in the community, and beyond.
